All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Three shipping options are available offered by Canada Post: Expedited Parcel, Priority and Xpresspost. TDS Sports takes full responsibility for handling the order and delivering it safely to Canada Post. But we are not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the customer or the delivery processes of the shipping agency including the doorstep theft of the delivered packages.
The shipping fee is around CAD10 up within Ontario, depending on the weight and size of the parcel.
International Shipping
We are sorry that we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at order@tds-sports.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
